I am licensed in Virginia with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with ADHD, LGBT-related issues, relationship issues, family conflicts, & intimacy related issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I generally take a direct, yet gentle approach to therapy and aim to support you in any way that I can. I most often utilize a multi-modal approach to therapy. I have extensive knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Couples and Intimacy Therapy and many other treatment modalities utilizing what works best for each individuals specific needs.

I believe that one of the toughest parts of therapy is actually taking the first step - reaching out. I applaud you for taking that step and hope that I can support you along your journey.
