I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is a Substance Abuse Counselor in Training (SAC-IT). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I worked with young adults as a resident assistant during my undergraduate career helped me to understand the need for more accessible mental health services within the community. This encouraged me to pursue my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater and gain licensure as a Licensed Professional and a Substance Abuse Counselor- in Training.

I work with Adolescents (Ages 13-17) and Adults (Ages 18+), including individuals with disabilities. I strive to collaboratively build a safe and calm space to help clients feel supported and understood within the counseling process. My approach is client-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed. I practice EMDR, Person-Centered, and Motivational Interviewing techniques while working with clients. Additional training I have completed includes TF-CBT, EMDR, AODA Certificate from UW-Madison, Gottman Level 1 Training, and Emotionally Focused Therapy training.
