I am committed to helping my clients find the version of self they desire and working together to create a safe space to heal and grow. During my professional experience, I have worked with families, teens, couples, and individual clients who want to be understood and strengthen their relationships. I am experienced in Trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Grief, divorce/separation, Human sexuality, Grief, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.
