As a mental health therapist, I recognize that it may not be easy to admit you have a need for assistance in this area. It is my hope that with my help, you will be better able to shed light on your situation and emotions, and successfully move forward in resolving your difficulties.

As your therapist, I will strive to work with you holistically by providing counseling services within a cognitive-behavioral, yet mindful perspective. I also recognize that eclecticism is necessary to develop a therapeutic approach that will work just for you. In addition, I will work within the boundaries of your individual beliefs, and no attempt will ever be made to impose a personal belief system.
I offer coping skills, depression and stress management strategies, as well as interventions for anxiety. Are you having relationship issues? I can help you work through those as well.
