I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor committed to helping tweens/teens, adults, and families learn how to navigate challenges in their lives and bring about positive changes. Some goals of therapy have included: *Reducing overthinking *Decreasing anxiety-related attacks & anxiety symptoms *Understanding rational vs irrational thoughts *Understanding how thoughts affect actions. I believe the most effective approach to therapy is to work with the individual to determine how therapy will look and work best for that person. By working with the individual and focusing on the issues important to them, change is more likely to happen and be long-lasting.
