Maxime Altidor is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). Since beginning working with patients in 2019, Maxime’s goal has been to make an all-inclusive, all-encompassing impact on patients as they design a life that works for them. During sessions with Maxime, patients can expect honesty, transparency, non-judgment, support, and a therapeutically. He aims to provide insight that can help his patients reach their goals. Maxime treats a wide array of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and more using a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and relapse prevention. Outside of work, Maxime has a passion for learning new languages. He is fluent in English, Creole, and Spanish. He also enjoys gaming, sports, writing, and reading. Maxime enjoys working with SohoMD because its partners function as a collective and provide the support he needs to provide the best outcomes for his patients.
