As a counselor, I believe that how we think directly impacts our feelings and determines our behaviors. My practice approach is a blend of REBT with CBT. I utilize those evidenced-based approaches to empower you in taking steps towards emotional wholeness. I have over 18 years of experience in working with teens, couples, adults, families, groups, and schools. I can help you with anxiety, cross-cultural issues, self-esteem, emotional disturbance, communication, codependency, life transitions, relationship struggles, blended family issues, ARD meetings, and more. As you journey through life's uncertainties, my personal mission is to create a safe space for you to work on building trust and accomplishing goals. To get a sense of where you are in life I will provide you with intentional time, listen to understand your point of view, and offer reassurances when necessary.
