I have been licensed and providing counseling for 30+years. I've worked in many different settings and with all ages, Individuals, Couples, Families and Groups. I've been doing online counseling for the past two years. I've dealt with many different issues including: depression, anxiety, work & family issues, PTSD, LGBTQ, grief and loss, etc. My style is somewhat laid back, allowing the person to get out all that they need to. I've used many modalities but find that with the online work CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Treatment is most conducive to get things done in the least amount of time.
