My therapeutic approach is both warm and challenging to create a safe relationship that allows for exploration of what is causing pain or struggle, resulting in greater clarity and peace. I work from a client centered approach and utilize a variety of modalities including Brainspotting, Cognitive-Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to help individuals heal, grow, and live more authentically.
