"Welcome! The Ebbs and Flows of Life are something we all experience. We flow towards our hopes and dreams, while other times we may flow away. When your life ebbs it is like you are struggling against the current, and fighting your way through the current to grasp what is important to you. Perhaps the times you are flowing away are a result of relationship concerns, addiction, past trauma, anxiety or living with negativity. Like large rocks under the water, you may not be able to see them but they are creating obstacles in achieving your goals while potentially impacting both your health and well-being. I believe that by taking this step in seeking help you are interested in moving forward back to what is important to you. My role is to help you on your journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience working as a Mental Health Counselor as well as a social work educator. My intention is to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment to address the concerns you may be experiencing that is getting in the way of living life the way that is most beneficial to you. "
