My approach to therapy is very person centered and meeting you where you are at the moment. My background includes treatment of Anxiety disorders, OCD, Panic Disorder, depression, PTSD, stress management, parenting/family, Borderline Personality Disorder, Women's Health and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I also work extensively in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, such as postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and postpartum OCD.
