You will need to complete this setup in order to confirm your appointment. What should your client know about you? I believe in the power of curiosity, empathy, patience, and honesty. My practice has been shaped by my interest in understanding human nature and human suffering; our relationships, experiences, conflicts, and amazing capacity for healing and growing. What is your approach to therapy? It's difficult to describe my approach, because it is quite dependent on the person I'm approaching. I have training in many important evidence-based modalities, but tend to emphasize a psychodynamic view of our work together. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? We will explore goals and beliefs as they arise, develop self- and other- awareness, and work to expand our thinking and confidence in order to resolve conflict.
