I try to create a therapeutic environment that does not suck! My name is Matthew Sexton and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. I have close to a decade working in behavioral health specializing in crisis management, stress disorder, addiction, depression, relationships, and anxiety as well as providing vocational counseling and support.

Therapy can be both fun and challenging, my goal is to empower you to use therapy to create a better you. Together, we are going to use motivational interviewing, mindfulness, acceptance & commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to identify problems, develop coping skills, and develop an action plan to work towards your goal attainment.
