About

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than one decade of experience in the human services field, I have collaborated with individuals, families, and groups of people who have desired to make significant, lasting changes to their lives through therapeutic intervention. To date, I have provided services in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, outpatient clinics, and directly in the homes of clients ranging from preschool age to those well past retirement. Outside of serving individuals in a clinical setting, I have taught at the collegiate level, consulted for private companies, and facilitated mental health outreach and information sessions in my community. In my free time, I am an avid listener of music (with no musical talent of my own, whatsoever) on vinyl (many first pressings), CD (still), and cassettes (yes, you have read that correctly). I enjoy working out, frequenting my local cycling studio 147 times in the past year. I am also a season ticket holder for The College of Charleston men's basketball team (I'm an alumni (go Cougdawgs!)).
