We all may struggle at some time in our lives where we feel anxious and are trying to find new ways to help us get through the day. This is what I love to help my clients with. As a Licensed Therapist I have worked in different settings from psychiatric hospital settings, intensive outpatient programs and outpatient therapy. My goal is to guide my clients where they are in life. I want to help you improve your quality of life and relationships. Therapy is not only a place where we can build a toolbox of coping skills to manage our symptoms, but also a space to understand ourselves and identify our needs better. I utilize an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy ; including CBT therapy, Mindfulness therapy and humanistic therapy. I do believe that rapport and feeling comfortable in therapy tend to be the foundation in regards to counseling and healing. I provide a safe space for your healing.
