I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in using evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Other areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger management, and relationship issues. What is your approach to therapy? My goal is to help you make sense of difficult past experiences and make meaningful changes in your life. We will work together to help you acquire tools needed to make progress towards your goals. I work to personalize each therapeutic experience to meet my clients' needs, strengths, and goals.
