I am licensed in Maryland with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels, and I believe everyone should be able to be heard and understood. I see all individuals equally and uniquely, and am willing to take the time to both hear and understand everyone. I tend to pull from all theories, especially client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy. I do not feel that one approach to therapy fits all clients, and therefore, that the therapy process must be tailored to fit each individual client. Therefore, I will tailor both our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
