I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to engage in a client-centered care plan with attainable goals. Maybe you haven't had therapy before or maybe you have; now offers a unique opportunity to build on your strengths and wants to make changes in your life. I want to work with you to help understand past experiences and traumas to grow towards a more desirable future. No two people are the same nor are people presenting reasons for seeking therapy. I utilize mindfulness, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to lessen the impact of trauma, anxiety, and maladaptive coping in your life.
