I am a native Texan who has worked as a classroom teacher, local church minister, salesperson, and (of course!) therapist. I love journeying alongside clients and helping them engage their story in ways that promote hope and healing. My counseling philosophy is cognitive-behavioral, but I also incorporate other models as well. I enjoy working with clients on a variety of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationships.
