“Will I ever get over this?” We’ve all thought that at least once in our lives. Whether you currently suffer from something that happened a week ago or ten years ago, you don’t have to deal with it on your own. I have experience working with adults with a range of struggles and challenges, especially anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions. I believe in sensitively navigating the ways that negative life experiences affect a person’s life. By using evidence-based approaches, I’ve seen people transform their lives in ways they never thought possible.
