I have been helping people for the last 10 years. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples, trauma, men's issues, and sports betting addiction. What is your approach to therapy? My primary goals are for you to feel welcomed and understood, and to develop the insights you need to help you move forward in a positive direction in your life. I have been trained in, and am primarily guided by Solution Focused and Trauma informed approaches to therapy. I am a casual and warm therapist who uses light humor to connect with and to build a relationship. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
