About

Throughout my life, I have been a die-hard people person. People are truly my passion and it is my privilege to work daily with amazing individuals. It is because of my great love for people that I have yearned to understand how best to serve and support them in their challenges. This journey involved earning an undergraduate degree in family science, a master of science degree in and professional licensure as a marriage and family therapist, an MBA in strategic management, a post-masters certification in medical family therapy, an advanced certification in wellness and executive coaching, licensure as a financial professional, and over 21 years of professional experience.

I have come to strongly know that challenges and other medical, psychological, social, spiritual, nutritional, economical, educational, and environmental concerns are never one-dimensional--they are multidimensional and I integrate them as such. Thus, it is my desire to speak the language and understand the many dimensions of the human condition so clients can benefit from a rich, integrated, and solution-based counseling experience.

I am also passionate working with those experiencing the stressors and anxieties of current world conditions and their deeply-felt consequences. My aim is to not only extend unyielding hope but impart powerful principles and resources that enable answers and feelings of peace. Whatever means is necessary to achieve this goal, I advocate to that end. I have a great deal of experience working with teens, adults, couples, families, those struggling with medical conditions, older adults, and executive coaching entrepreneurs and others in any business capacity.

I understand that life is a gift notwithstanding the struggles we face. My commitment to you is a compassionate ear, an enthusiastic greeting, a genuine extension of hope, a curious mind, and one who will pull up, not push down; challenge, but not demand; work, but not overtax; and advocate, but not enable. It is my privilege and honor to work with you.
