Hello my name is Matt Youngberg, LPC. I am licensed in Oklahoma with 7 years of professional work experience. During the course of my career, I have worked as an offenders counselor, community mental health counselor, and an educator for 10+ years. I like to blend my experience, background, and formal training into an eclectic style of therapy, which just simply means I pull the best things from all types of therapy.

I like to take a no-nonsense approach to therapy and want to get to the core of the problem to start moving towards a solution. I am challenging and will push you to find a deeper understanding and awareness of your issues, but I do so with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life that struggle with any type of issues from relationships, core beliefs, self-esteem, self-compassion, anxiety, family support, and many others. I like to specialize in relationships (all types), couples counseling, domestic violence, and parenting. It takes strength to start this journey and I am glad that you have gotten in line to help yourself live a more successful life.

In my free time, I enjoy games of all kinds, athletic endeavors, and serving at Life.Church.
