I have a doctorate in clinical psychology with over 25 years of experience specializing in work with adults. I will help you use your hidden strengths to improve the quality of life. In addition to working with people experiencing depression, anxiety and other emotional difficulties, I am focused on helping people who are challenged by the circumstances of their lives. This includes the stress of work/career, school, life decisions/transitions, family & friend turmoil and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I have helped many individuals and their caregivers cope with long-term chronic illnesses.
