I'm ready to help if you know that you are ready for change but are having a difficult time navigating emotions due to the stresses of life whether you suffer from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, or relationship issues. I'm compassionate, non-judgemental, and transparent. I'm ready to offer support in helping you with a client-centered based approach where the client's needs are front and foremost to the therapy process.
