I have 12 years experience working in the psychiatric field. I have a graduate degree in counseling and psychological services and an undergraduate degree in psychology. I worked in the crisis field for most of my career, but also worked in residential treatment for psychotic disorders, intensive outpatient program, and inpatient psychiatry . My greatest amount of experience is with anxiety and depression. I believe in talk therapy and CBT approach. I have worked with all age groups.
