My name is Marybeth Melendez, and I am a licensed, bilingual, Clinical Mental Health Psychotherapist practicing in the greater New York region. I focus on the provision of evidence based therapeutic modalities to better assist individuals, families and adolescents who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief-Loss and or Bereavement. Clinical assessments are utilized to measure symptomatology. Thus, treatment plans are created to treat, reduce and or diminish symptoms to allow clients to have a better quality of life and attain optimal health.
