I am now licensed in Oklahoma as well as in Texas where I gained more than 25 years of professional work experience in the mental wellness field. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have extensive work with parents divorcing and learning how to parent their children effectively. Developing good holistic practices that help you have the optimum mental wellness is important to me, so you might hear about good sleep patterns, healthy eating, exercising and practicing healthy thought patterns. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
