My practice is solution focused. I set a maximum of 8 sessions with my clients. Longer term therapy is available by other wonderful therapists who practice on this platform.

During your 8 sessions, you will come up with solutions from goal setting to problem solving. Or, you may be simply seeking support and encouragement to process those matters that are impacting your well -being.

I provide services to assist individuals who find themselves stuck in repeated patterns of thoughts and behaviors that disrupt their life and overall well-being. I work with clients to lessen decision making patterns that have not been successful in their personal life, career, or relationships. Creating new pathways of thinking and behaving that support healthy personal and work relationships, and individual growth lends itself to setting and reaching intentional goals for a more fulfilled life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor graduating from University of Colorado at Denver. I assist clients in developing solutions to manage general psychosocial stressors such as work, school, relationships, and finances, etc., and highlights the positive aspects in client's lives that align with the unique needs and goals of each individual client. I am direct in my approach to assist stronger personalities in greater self-awareness.

People often ask what is the meaning of life. Instead; I encourage clients to focus on how to give their own life meaning through rewarding and intentional decisions and experiences.
