About

As a counselor, I have worked with clients of varying ages, personalities and struggles. I believe that everyone can benefit from having an unbiased, empathetic person to listen to them. Someone to meet them where they are and help them to work through their problems, identify their needs and accomplish their goals. Life is hard, sometimes we need a little help to get through the rough times.
I have a compassionate, client centered, and strengths based approach. I assist my clients in creating a working toolbox of coping skills and mindfulness interventions to help them to cope with past issues and daily life stressors. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and stress management among other concerns.
I look forward to meeting my clients where they are, walking along side of them and helping them to find hope and a brighter future.
