Hi there, I'm Mary! My name is Mary Sowah-Quaye, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. My approach My approach combines person centered, cognitive behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing and mindfulness. My focus I provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults 18 and older My communication style I provide a non-judgmental, transparent environment where you can find it easy to communicate your feelings, fears and concerns. My journey to therapy I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of California State University in Bakersfield. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, bipolar, stress, family problems, and relationships issues.
