Hello, I'm Mary. Do you and your partner struggle with communication? Do you no longer feel excited to see them, to talk about your day? Has there been betrayal or trauma in the relationship that you are hoping to move forward from? Relationships are part of the foundation of the human experience. I empower individuals and couples seeking guidance to identify strengths and challenges in their relationship and build a treatment plan individualized to the couple. I utilize Gottman's methods through a trauma-informed lens. We all have our baggage, but through therapy we can learn the skills to unlearn old, defeating behaviors that no longer serve ourselves or our relationships. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere where either partner feels safe and able to express their thoughts and emotions.
