My name is Mary Grasmick and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in both Oregon and Alaska. Most of my experience comes from working with individuals who have depression, anxiety, panic attacks, grief, compassion fatigue, and complex stress. I also have experiencing with post-partum depression, domestic violence/intimate partner violence, and hoarding disorder.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is people-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My job is to build off your strengths in order to empower you and help you live your best life.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
