Hi, I’m Mary. If you choose me to be your Therapist you will find that I am non-judgmental, positive, and truly excited to connect with you as a client. I began doing virtual and phone counseling sessions during the pandemic. I was surprised how well they worked.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from New York with over 15 years of experience. I work with clients of all ages and genders. I specialize in working through trauma. PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss are areas that I am skilled in helping people process I am experienced working with victims of crime. I work with those affected by rape, sexual abuse, interpersonal violence, and homicide, as well as their loved ones.

I am trained to use cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts and play therapy, Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention, and will be training in EMDR in the Fall of 2021.

My style is person centered. You are the expert on the life that you live. I will never tell you what to do, but I will help you decide the next steps that you want or need to take.
