When it comes to mental health and overall well-being, it is important to have a knowledgeable professional that you can turn to. Over the years I have provided psychotherapeutic services to many clients throughout New Jersey. My expertise and experience covers a broad spectrum of mental health needs and services including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, ADHD and mood disorders.

Although I have over a decade of experience working directly with children and families as a Certified School Social Worker, my primary focus in recent years has been working with adults, couples and families in the clinical setting. I utilize eclectic and creative approaches, as I believe one size does not fit all in therapy.

I bring and authentic and safe space to both online and in-person settings and am experienced working virtually in offices, school, and within the community. I believe strongly in creating a trusting environment, which is fundamental to the foundation of our work together. Whether the problem is anxiety, depression, or a mood disorder, I use a combination of skill-building and and processing to help you overcome and grow where you want to be. Skill-building increases emotional regulation and improves one's abillity to tolerate distress. This process provides the opportunity to create new meaning from life experiences and heal old wounds.
