Mary is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist. She has a M.A. in Art Therapy from SAIC. Mary has over 14 years of experience. She utilizes the arts to help clients learn to express their emotions appropriately, in addition to a variety of therapeutic approaches. “At times, words are not enough to express ourselves. Art can be used as a modality for expression, building esteem, and allows for the safe processing of emotions through external media. My role is not only as a facilitator in this process, but witness and advocate for each of my clients and their needs.”
