We all are on a journey and I look to walk with clients on their journey of exploration and enlightenment to discover who they really are and how to live in alignment with their true selves

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor in the State of Wisconsin. I have a Master of Science in Community Psychology from Alverno College. I have been providing wellness services for the past 10 years. I treat a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, relationship issues, and spirituality. I address therapy from an alternative and complementary medicine approach. All aspects of our time together is person centered and honors everyone's unique cultures. Together we work to change the narrative from a perspective of defeat to a perspective of empowerment.
