I am licensed in Texas with 25 years of professional work experience. I am an experienced therapist who believes I am here to serve others. Patients are often surprised at the level of comfort they feel within the first minutes of a session. I’ve been described as empathetic, intuitive, and nonjudgmental. I create and hold a safe space for delicate feelings and the sharing of life difficulties. I work with people of all ages, combining my knowledge of human development with clinical education, assisting others in navigating typical life transitions and ongoing challenges. I am honored and humbled to guide people to a happier space.
I am a 200-hour trained yoga teacher, this allows me to offer movement and breath solutions to the physical pain that accompanies some mental health diagnoses.
