Hello!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including going into homes, outpatient clinics, and have spent the last 6 years working as an integrated therapist in the primary care setting. I have worked with all adolescent and adult clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, situational stressors, career challenges, trauma and ADHD.

My counseling style is kind, collaborative, curious and honest. I believe in a person centered approach to treatment (you know you better than I do!) and utilize several therapeutic modalities. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, solution focused and behavioral activation therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet you where you're at and adjust accordingly to ensure your individual needs are met.

It takes courage to ask for help and to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. I believe that change creates change, and sometimes we need an unbiased, outside perspective to support, empower, and help uncover what it is that's getting in the way of leading the life we envision.
