Hi. My name is Mary O’Hannon. I graduated from UNC-Asheville with a Bachelors in Sociology and earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and also obtained a Clinical Addictions Studies certificate. I have strong background in trauma informed care with the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals challenged with anxiety, relationship conflict, substance use, trauma, and self-improvement.

My treatment style is goal oriented and realistic. I will ask the hard questions and be patient while you answer. You will always be treated with respect and kindness throughout the process. It is my intentions to encourage you to uncover more about yourself to make the change that you are looking towards. I believe that if you are taking this opportunity to invest and engage in therapy, you are capable to navigate on the sometimes difficult yet rewarding journey of being the best you.
