About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Professional Mental Health Counselor, and a Life Coach. I have provided individual and group therapy for more than 23 years, and have more than 27 years of experience working alongside people to facilitate positive change in their lives and their communities. I am currently practice focused on supporting adults, teens, and children navigating grief and loss, trauma, anticipatory loss, and life transitions, and corresponding changes in identity and relationships. My style of therapy is informal, compassionate, and responsive to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to guide you to explore your concerns and build a greater understanding of the different aspects of your experience, from the emotional, mental, and physical to the family, social, cultural, and spiritual dimensions. Using a variety of evidence-based techniques, I will help you reconnect to existing strengths and cultivate additional resources that support progress toward the changes you wish to make.
