I am an individual counselor licensed in the state of Illinois with over three years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients who have a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, adjustment issues, and I am extremely passionate about helping women with perinatal disorders.

My personal style of counseling is warm, caring, and interactive. I treat everyone with respect, dignity, understanding, and compassion. I do not believe in judgement or labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, person centered, and psychodynamic theories. I adjust and work with my client to match their specific treatment goals and needs.
