I am licensed Social Worker in New York state with 30 years of professional work experience. I am also a certified yoga instructor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, self-esteem, confidence as well as substance abuse.. I combine my knowledge of yoga and its spiritual practice to assist clients in their healing process. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy is a huge deal!
