Hi, my name is Mary Jackson and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Master’s Addiction Counselor (LMAC). I have experience working with clients dealing with life crisis and working on ways to help them manage their symptoms and maintain some type of balance in their life. I have also worked in individual, family and group therapy in an outpatient addiction program, have assisted victims of domestic violence, worked with foster and adoption, family preservation, and juvenile offenders. I have experience working with clients on anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, relationship conflict and self-esteem issues.

Through years of experience, I’m confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you now and in the future. My personal goal as a clinician is to help you gain insight, access new coping skills and feel empowered. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, couple relationships, family stress, identity, or any other issue, it is my goal to provide a different perspective with your concerns and help you better understand your emotions. I strive to provide safe and supportive space to encourage personal growth, hope, and healing. I utilize many therapy approaches to adapt to your needs.
