I received my bachelor's in Psychology and master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Spring Arbor University. I specialize in working with adults with long-term emotional problems, but have experience working with teens and children which allows for me to aid parents in understanding the fundamentals and emotions of their own children. What is your approach to therapy? My primary focus is in holistic care and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), which allows for me to help my clients find rapid solutions to long-term emotional problems. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients who have a willingness to focus on rapid emotional work with me in session can expect to have no expectations. My style of counseling is much different from the well-known "talk therapy", which has allowed for me to aid in helping my clients find quick and effective outcomes for their problems.
