I have been providing therapy to clients for 20 years since obtaining my degree and license to practice in NY state. I tend to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy with most clients. I also use Mindfulness strategies to help clients overcome their difficulties. I have worked with clients struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, OCD, and other Mood Disorders.
