The decision to seek help for life's issues can be both scary and exciting. My life has been radically changed by my personal experience of therapy. I know how important having someone to talk with, who can see me more objectively than than I can. I have over 10 years of experience accompanying people on their journey to better mental health and a better life. I have worked extensively with people who have mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar, anxiety and panic, anger problems, communication and relationship difficulties, and more. I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

I like to create a safe environment in which the client can feel heard and seen. I believe that therapy is a partnership in which we work together to find more effective ways to be in the world. I tend toward a psychodynamic approach, which means that I like to include all of the factors that influence your thinking and behavior. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Basically, I use whatever I can to help someone feel better and to have a more meaningful life.
