Through use of a variety of therapy approaches (cognitive behavior approach, humanistic approach, psychodynamic approach) , I thrive on assisting people to address and work to resolve areas of concern. The approaches I use are geared towards your needs. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Alabama. For the past twenty-two years I have had the honor of working with troubled teens, adults and their families in a juvenile detention setting. For the past 10 years I have provided therapy for the previous mentioned population to help navigate through life stressors such as trauma, depression and anxiety. My goal is to meet you where you are so that you can reach your goals of being the best version of yourself. I will remain patient with you, respect your unique character and qualities and invest in your emotional wellness.
