Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor from North Mississippi with 17 years experience as a counselor. I have worked with persons from 3 to 99 with focuses mainly on young adults and families.
I use cognitive behavior approaches in my therapy and am trained in EMDR, trauma therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy and various other types of techniques to aid in helping a person become successful at achieving their goals. I have a strong focus in anger management, conflict resolution and anxiety reduction.
