I have experienced many seasons of life. I understand we all are on different routes and make stops along the journey. I try to embrace each new path. Life is full of joy and trials. I assist you in working through life’s challenges. My belief is that these challenges can have value and give us an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. When we find our strengths we can move forward and find inner peace.

I practice cognitive behavioral therapy with a plan and a purpose. Therapy is solution focused and I often incorporate mindful exercises and strategies.

Despite the circumstance we are on a journey of self -reflection and hope.
